Yes, we love welcoming your furry friends! However, please be cautious and ensure your pet does not drink water from the floor, as it may contain fertilizer or other plant-related chemicals. Your pet's safety is important to us, so enjoy your visit while keeping an eye on potential hazards.

At Cozyn’s Garden Gallery, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt/proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: 

-Gift cards, sale/clearance items, custom orders, live plants, and items discounted 30% off or higher.

3. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account. 

4. Return Method: 
In-store purchases can be returned to Cozyn’s Garden Gallery (680 Huron St. Stratford, ON) during business hours.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective from the store, we will provide extended return time if needed!
