Nicole has grown up in the business, learning the ropes from her mom, Linda, and carrying on the family’s traditions with pride. With years of hands-on experience and a true love for what she does, she ensures every part of the store runs smoothly while keeping the welcoming spirit her family is known for alive and thriving.

With a true passion for growing, Aaron leads our greenhouse operations and makes sure every plant has the best environment to thrive. He grows 95% of the annuals you see in our store, always striving to provide the highest quality plants for our customers to enjoy.

Monique keeps our office running smoothly, managing emails, orders, schedules, and daily operations with care and attention to detail. With her extensive background in garden centres, she brings both expertise and a thoughtful approach to every task, making sure everything is handled efficiently and professionally.

Shay manages our marketing campaigns and social media, sharing Cozyn’s story in creative and engaging ways. She highlights everything from plants and fashion to home décor and workshops, helping us stay connected with our community. Her goal is to make every interaction feel welcoming and true to the Cozyn’s experience.

Daniel brings over 30 years of horticultural experience, including a background with Niagara Parks, to our garden centre. He has a genuine passion for nursery stock and takes pride in keeping our plants healthy and thriving. Known for his expertise in nursery, Daniel makes sure our customers find exactly what they are looking for.

Lindsay keeps our front store running smoothly while bringing her passion for fashion to every corner of the department. She loves helping customers find pieces that suit their style, offering a friendly and attentive touch that makes shopping at Cozyn’s feel personal and welcoming.

Jody keeps finances on track with precision and care, making sure budgets and numbers are always accurate. Beyond her expertise, she’s known for her friendly approach, collaborating seamlessly with other companies—and she’s never without a treat in-hand!
